Dr Danielle Nimmons

NIHR Academic Clinical Lecturer in General Practice & Co-Deputy Lead for Health and Care in our Ageing Society theme

Dr Nimmons is an academic GP and recently started as an NIHR Academic Clinical Lecturer at the University of Leeds. She recently finished her Alzheimer’s Society funded PhD in dementia at UCL and other research interests are in the care of older people, including frailty and Parkinson’s Disease. She has an interest in health inequalities, public engagement and undergraduate medical education. She is also the Clinical Director of Spen Health and Wellbeing Primary Care Network (PCN).
