Nazish is a Research Inclusion Manager at the Yorkshire and Humber Applied Research Collaboration (YHARC). She works across research programmes to embed inclusive practices throughout the research lifecycle, supporting teams to design and deliver studies that are accessible, equitable, and impactful for diverse communities. Drawing on extensive experience in co-production, community engagement, and partnership working, Nazish collaborates with researchers, community organisations, and public contributors to ensure underrepresented voices are meaningfully involved in shaping research. Prior to this role, she led co-production and peer research initiatives at Born in Bradford, working to address health inequalities and strengthen community participation in health research.
