James Tait

James joined the Mental Health and Addictions Research Group in the Department of Health Sciences at The University of York in October 2024, to work on the Born in Bradford Age of Wonder project.

James holds an MSc in Psychological Research Methods with Advanced Statistics and previously worked as a data analyst in an NHS research team, before undertaking a PhD in Psychology at The University of Sheffield. James is interested in applying data science methods to naturalistic observational data, to advance understanding of mental health and develop interventions.
