Rachael is a Capacity Building Research Associate for the NIHR ARC Yorkshire and Humber.
She supports capacity and capability across the region, working with partners across health, social care and the voluntary sector to increase opportunities to engage with research.
She is a Registered Nurse with a background in tissue viability and has experience in clinical practice, service improvement and national programmes. Her interests include research capacity building, implementation of evidence into practice and workforce development.
