As our ICB and Place colleagues implement Integrated Neighbourhood Health Plans and plan for operationalising and integrating the forthcoming Modern Service Frameworks (MSFs), NIHR ARC Yorkshire & Humber (YHARC) is offering a free practical knowledge exchange webinar to support your decision-making.

This session will focus on Models of Care for People with Mental Health Conditions (focus on SMI), bringing together leading applied researchers, real-world case examples, and a facilitated discussion including suggestions of how to develop evidence-based models of care for the High Priority Cohorts, taking account of the forthcoming MSFs.

Each 90-minute webinar will include:
• A summary of the current evidence base
• Case examples drawn from applied research and service practice
• A facilitated discussion covering metrics, the forthcoming MSF, and operational challenges
• Signposting to further YHARC and NIHR expertise, tools and partnership opportunities

Who should attend
ICB commissioners, clinical leads, transformation and planning teams, place-based and neighbourhood leads, and partners across primary, community, mental health and social care. The session will also be highly relevant to applied health and social care researchers.
