The NHS has a huge collection of medical records from more than 65 million patients, going back many years. This data has immense potential to power life-saving research and innovations. Even though we know how valuable this could be for research, researchers face a number of challenges to quick and efficiently access and analyse datasets from different healthcare organisations.

That’s where the Yorkshire & Humber Secure Data Environment (SDE) comes in. We’re building a safe and secure system that becomes a key enabler for researchers to access and analyse healthcare and cross-sector data from across our region. Join us to get the latest overview of where we are now on this journey and how it can be of use for you/your organisation.
