Creating an open online course

Share:

Following on from a research priority initiative that was to pinpoint the most important questions for people living with mental and physical multimorbidity, we are designing a free online Learning Resource course about the important topics that came up from the priority setting, to provide tips and advice.

The course about mental and physical multimorbidity, is specifically about what we know and how we can better look after the physical health of people with severe mental ill-health or support them to better look after their own health. This course will be aimed at healthcare professionals, but open to all, and will cover topics such as: sleep hygiene, healthy eating, dental care and routine health checks.
