Carl Marincowicz

Senior Lecturer

Carl is a National Institute for Health Research Clinical Lecturer in Emergency Medicine and is currently completing Higher Specialty Training in Emergency Medicine in South Yorkshire. Carl completed a NIHR Academic Clinical Fellowship in Emergency Medicine between 2013-2016 and then completed an NIHR Doctoral Research Fellowship on the risk assessment and Emergency Department management of patients with head trauma and subsequent brain injury. Carl was recently awarded an NIHR Advanced supported by ARC YH aimed at identifying factors which predict ED attendances in care home residents and explain variation between care homes.
