1st July 2026

12:00 pm

– 2:30 pm

Online (Zoom)

Join us for the third session in the JU:MP Webinar Series. Community engagement and co-design are the heart of the JU:MP approach and we will share how this impacted on our greenspace developments, our local action plans and wider marketing and communications.

This webinar will include approaches to co-designing with communities that worked well, plus challenges we faced in the process.  Sonia Fayyaz will share her journey as a community engagement manager, the key skills and attributes needed for the role and her top tips for engaging underrepresented communities.

Interactive Workshop

Following the webinar, a small interactive workshop will be available for up to 20 participants. This session offers a supportive space to explore the topic in more depth, reflect on learning, and connect with partners across physical activity and public health.

Please note: Attendance at the webinar is not required to take part in the workshop.

Places are limited and early booking is recommended. If the session is sold out, please add your name to the waiting list, as an additional workshop may be made available.
