Measurement tools can be used to assess the parent-infant relationship and children’s outcomes. Whilst previous systematic reviews indicate there a growing number of studies exploring the psychometric properties of such tools, our preliminary searching identified few studies regarding the implementation and training for using these tools.
We have designed a scoping review to understand the extent and type of evidence available regarding the ways in which self-reported parent-infant relationship measurement tools for parents of children aged up to 3 years 11 months are implemented. The study protocol is available online.
