About our Community of Practice:

The Y&H Knowledge Mobilisation Community of Practice aims to bring together anyone working in knowledge mobilisation (or related) roles or anyone who is interested in bridging the gap between research/evidence and practice, ensuring that knowledge doesn’t just sit in academic papers but is actively shared, adapted, and applied by the people who need it (clinicians, commissioners, policymakers, communities).
